EXTENSION REQUESTS WHEN USING TUITION ASSISTANCE

If you are using tuition assistance, any extension granted by American Graduate University does not alter your tuition assistance agreement with or financial responsibility to your funding organization. You are responsible for obtaining approval from your funding organization for any changes to your original tuition assistance agreement completion dates. Failure to secure this approval from your funding organization may result in your having to repay the tuition assistance amount back to the funding organization. So before you contact Rachel (studentservices@patten.edu) to arrange for an extension, contact your funding organization for approval.
