EdAlert: A brief message for AGU students.

A word from AGU about...

REGISTERING FOR YOUR NEXT COURSE

American Graduate University (AGU) allows students, under certain conditions, to challenge two AGU courses in addition to any advance standing that they receive. To request a challenge examination, the student must have successfully completed, with a grade of B or higher, a course similar in content to the AGU course. The course must have been taken at a recognized educational institution. Permission to challenge a course is at the sole discretion of AGU.

If you have not recently registered for a course with AGU, we understand. Life events can put studies on the back burner, so we thought we'd check in to remind those of you who haven't yet registered that we have some options for you.

If you left us with an unfinished course, we offer extensions and reenrollments to allow you the necessary time to complete the course. Extensions and reenrollments can be requested by completing the Extension Reenrollment Request Form and submitting it to Rachel Ruiz (studentservices@patten.edu).

If you have not registered for a new course due to a lack of tuition assistance or other available funding, we now offer a per-course payment plan. Students may take advantage of this option by checking the Payment Plan box on their registration request at our website – www.agu.edu – and then completing and submitting the form linked at that registration page. This simple playment plan breaks tuition for each course into three equal payments of $325. Payment 1 is due at registration; payment 2 is due at 30 days; and payment 3 is due at 60 days from the date of registration. Payments are made automatically using the credit/debit card you provide on your payment plan agreement. There are no fees or interest charged for this option.

Now is a good time to get a jump start on your New Year's Resolutions – we hope one of them will be a return to American Graduate University to complete your education goals.

A reminder about our holiday schedule: AGU will be closed December 24, 2014 through January 2, 2015.
