• Challenge Request: If you have been approved to challenge a course and would like to order a challenge package.
• Extension/Re-enrollment Request Form: To apply for a course extension/re-enrollment.
• Final Examination Request: If you have completed all your lessons and would like to be sent the examination for your course.
• Degree/Certificate Program Transfer Form: If you wish to change your education program (degree or certificate)
• Program Extension Request Form: If you are unable to complete your program within the initial seven year term, complete this form to apply for additional time to complete your degree.
• Remaining Curriculum Request: To request a list of the courses that you have remaining to complete your degree or certificate.
• Master's Certificate Audit: If you have completed the six applicable courses for the Master's Certificate program complete this form to order your certificate.
• Comprehensive Examination Request: If you have completed all your required coursework use this form to request your comprehensive examination.
• Project Request: If you, as an MBA student are required to complete a project, or as a Master’s degree student choose to complete a project, please complete this form.
• AGU Transcript Request: Request an official transcript.
• Payment Plan Form: To split your tuition payment into three equal payments of $325.00, 30 days apart.
